I've been trying to lose weight now for years. Ever since I was 12 years old my mother has been telling me I need to lose 15029 lbs. I guess that means I'm "fat." So I'm going to try really hard now to do it. Tonight I ate penne with a béchamel sauce. It was delicious, and I made it from scratch. Too bad it was over 1000 calories. So today, on my 20th birthday I'm going to start to lose weight. 30 min/day exercise, and trying not too cheat at that. 1200 calories, I think I can handle it. At this rate I should be a new me in 10 weeks! Updated (almost) daily to track my exact progress.
