| Blog #1, Hate Blogging, haha. Well, here I go. I'm awful tired of gaining/losing, gaining/losing. I'm looking to lose about 20 lbs and maintain that...I'm not horribly overweight, but I feel horrible with each pound I put on. I feel terrible each night I go to bed when I didn't exercise and I ate badly. I want to be healthy and active and most of all, feel comfortable in my own body. :) Cheers to a great journey! |
