Hi everyone,
A friend and i are going away to the beach for a week in less than a month and i want to lose weight really quick.
Due to an excessive run i've done my knee and can't do any running or cycling or any exercise that works the knee.
Can anyone please help!
I'd love if somebody could tell me a diet that lets me lose 5kg in 3 weeks and an exercise or routine that will help me out.
