I suppose that these will all be short, cause I'm at work. I weigh about 105kg (210lb?). I want to lose weight and be fitter - mostly fitter but I figure that the two go together a bit. I've already noticed that eating no takeaway and exercising at in my lunch break has results. The hardest thing is feeling motivated when your tired etc. I'm pretty happy that Josh wants to get stronger arms, so we're going to be doing some swimming over the summer. I love swimming, so I can't wait. I think that he's pretty keen to lose a bit too, so hopefully we can keep eachother motivated! I'm a little retarded at anything blog-like, so I'll just keep on the same page, it's easier for the moment. I'm been monumentally inactive since i las wrote. finding the different balances in life hard to achieve - eg. Josh is really happy to go swimming after work, but somehow we've put it off each time. Then the night gets away from us and we don't even end up walking the dog. However, I will try again tonight, once we do it a few times I'm sure it'll get easier... in the mean time, we are continuing to try to eat more healthily, and that's getting easier. We make most meals at home, and have become much better at having breakfast (even if it is cocoa-pops).
