You gained the weight bringing a beautiful baby in the world and it was worth it! Now it is time to get the weight off. It is going to take diet AND exercise. Thinking you can just do one or the other is silly. Don't use the excuse you don't have time. Make time! Once your baby is old enough to hold its head up, use them as a weight. There you have it, play time and exercising, good for both of you. Find a walking path and take your baby for a brisk walk. Some gyms have child care. This will let your child get used to others, while you get in shape. Push your self. Don't give up when it gets a little difficult. Test your limits. Progress Update: Day 2 lost a half pound :)
