Today is the first day of my get fit journey. I have not actually worked out in a very long time. My eating habits are also horrible. Right now my favorite thing to do is... eat bags of sunchips! I get these odd cravings for them every night. But every morning I wake up feeling sick and grouchy and worse than I did before I ate the chips. I've always wanted to get fit, but the other day I looked in the mirror and realized how much my body has changed since I was fit. I am going to start a healthy, easy, and organized diet plan. Even though I am small and people usually assume that I am skinny (because I am small and wear baggy clothes) but I am out of shape and gaining weight by the minute. Mostly, I want a good plan that can become my lifestyle. My goal is to buy groceries, stick to the meal plan. and begin by going to the gym 3 times a week.
I was speaking to someone the other day about this and she said that instead of thinking long term, like 3 workouts a week, etc. take everything day by day. But I worry that if I do i will become too disorganized! Any thoughts/feedback on this?
