 Day 3. Well, I've already lost the battle of what I am putting in my mouth. Apparently, my PMS has coaxed me enough to chow down on chocolate. My weakest link. I ate it feeling good. Now all I can think is "That just made me more fat." I hate this hate I have towards my body. Why can't I just do the right thing and get rid of this body bulge once and for all? I'm a little down today. I really disappointed myself. Perhaps in future review this will be inspiration to gain will power.
