Well looks like I need to get my ass in gear. I have a couple more months until I have to complete my weigh-in. I have to get down to 180, but I am currently around 225. That's the weight that will keep my job. My final goal will be 135. Wasn't to long ago I seen that :P It's been about 3 years or so. I have gained mad weight egh? I am thinking about doing weight watchers. Then for the workout part...I'll be doing WII Fit, Fit Coach, and Active Outdoor Challenge. Then when I can I will play Tennis. I suppose I will start this journal for more of a food and exersize journal. I will also post pictures as I lose weight. I will proably post other stuff to. :-) Anyways, I better get back to work. Lunch hour ended.
