Hey there! I'm quickly gonna fill you in on some background info then tell you what my plan is.... I'm 19 years old and Live in Glasgow Scotland. I'm slightly overweight coming in at 158lbs when I'm 5'5/6ish. My current BMI is 25.5 so I'm literally just over the boundary. Now I'm currently a nursing student and as I have to conduct a disertation and research paper I've decided to combine my weight loss with this. For the next few weeks I'm gonna test how food intake and moods are intertwined. I started this morning with a simple breakfast of a weetabix. My plan is to drink a litre of water a day and so I've had a cup of green tea. Lunch is planned as strawberries and grapes. I'm in two minds whether to eat dinner or not... but I'm thinking my mum will probably do here big sunday roast as usual and as she doesnt know I'm doig this I'm only gonna eat the vegetables. I don't really know what my plan is for every other day to be honest I'm just gonna wait and see how it goes. I've always been a pretty active person. I went to dancing since I was three up until last year when I had to stop because of a part time job but I'm gonna join my local class again this wee. I already go to the gym 3 times a week for 40 mins cardio and 30 mins weights, then I'll do half an hour continuous swimming straight after. I'm gonna up my cardio time and try and fit a few excercise classes into my already busy schedual so we'll see how that goes. Does anyone have any tipe or anything to help me?? Wish me luck!!
