Yesterday I did double my workout routine! This morning I woke up and felt a big difference. I love the adrenaline that comes along with exercise. My legs were tensing up and my feet were sore but, I mangae to do that extra 200 calories. I felt really bad because of what I ate. Hopefully, I do better and not make the same mistake. My exercise is dancing on the DDRMAX game on the PS2. I love it, it even has a workout journal for me to follow every day. It's tough but, what can you do but try? Anyways my goal right now is to lose 10 pounds by my birthday. Which is in three weeks. I hope I can do it. I had a baby last year and weighed around 120 after giving birth. Now I weigh 134 because of the lack of exercise in PE and overindulging of food. I am still trying to get out of my eating habits. It's hard but, thankfully I'm really dtermined as my friend has her birthday on the same day. And I want to be "fitter" by time I go to her party.
