I'm finding it difficult to lose any weight at the moment - I've tried restricting the amount I eat (I don't normally eat that much anyway, but restricting what I can and can't have makes me eat more. Weird) and I've tried more exercise (but by the time I've come in from a 9 hour day at work, and an hour of walking [both ways] I'm pretty tired) The only way I've actually lost weight recently is from total loss of appitite when I have been ill. Now I am better, I'm back to eating too much! I've really got to work on this one to see how I can lose weight and keep it off.
