 Im an 18 year old college student about to turn 19 at the end of june! and well the past to years i have began putting on weight! i used to be 120!! and now im 160 and yes its not all that noticeable until now! my legs are looking bigger and my stomach is well i look like a could be prego! and im most definitely not! I am a college cheerleader and well i should be this big! i have been active my whole life and i guess something needs to change so i can take off this weight! im looking to do some serious weigh loss this summer! if any one has any ideas on how to take off the weight i am dying to try anything!! i have been walking with a little jogging but its just not helping! i havent gotten many results! and i know it will take time but i need something new!! HELP!
