One of the beautiful things about working with computers is being aware to stop, take a break, exercise, eat--especially breakfast and DO get 8 hours of sleep. Drink enough water so that you are not thirsty and take vitamins and minerals. Staring at the computer screen too long without taking a walk makes the distance line from the screen to your face about 12". Taking a walk actually expands that distance line and completely handles exhaustion so you sleep much better.
So, from editing, I am looking for tummy exercises because sitting tooooooooooo much is not a cool thing. So I am here for learning about exercise as well as learn about some new foods that are fun to make and great to eat.
