Today I have decided it is now time to really get my butt in gear and lose weight. My baby is 6 months old now and I still have 17 pounds of pregnancy weight to get rid of. On top of that I have 15-20 pounds I'd like to lose to get in better shape. My personal challenge is to lose about 15 pounds by June 1st. Then I would like to spend the June 2010-June 2011 year losing those extra 20 pounds I don't need. I need to do this because my husband and I will be trying for another child before I know it and I don't want to be fat before I even get pregnant. Thats what happened with this last pregnancy and as you can see look where I am now. I don't want to be in this position after baby #2 so I need to get motivated and get things moving. One of my biggest challenges is finding time to exercise. My 6 month old takes up SOOO much of my day and even when she's napping I'm trying to get things done around the house before she wakes up. Before I know it, the day is done and its another day I haven't worked out. Drives me crazy! Any mommies out there have any suggestions??
