 In my first Post I wanted to outline my goals and how I will achieve them... My Ultimate Goal is to get down to 58kgs but I will break this down into smaller goals. So my 1st mini goal is to get to 80kgs (5.7kg loss) My 2nd goal is 75kgs (5kg) 3rd 70kgs (5kg)
4th 64kgs (6kg) 5th 58kgs (6kgs) From here I will decide if I still need another goal as my healthy weight range is 49kgs - 61kgs My Plan of Attack is... ~To do Yoga, Pilates, Aerobics, Dance, Weights and Walking. ~To drink lots of water ~To eat healthy food ~To do deep breathing exercises
