Hello All!! Today is day 2. I got up at 7:30 and weighed myself and I'm at 203. So i lost two pounds since yesterday. I am happy about that. I plan to lose another two by tomarrow. I plan on exercising a little more today. On the hcg I'm not really suppossed to exercise too much. I heard that I could sweat out the shot. But walking or light exercising should be ok. Well gotta go wish me luck. -----JOLEEN-----
