| I've got more reason than ever to lose that extra 10 pounds. Its been an incredible weekend, my heart is racing, and at this very moment smiling - if that is even possible. Ok so what have I done, Today I did well. I ate egg whits for breakfast, kept active throughout the day, had a healthy lunch - chicken breast with some veggies and fruit for a snack. Spurge a little in the evening - so I did break my not eating after six rule, however I kept in control and I did not eat anything unhealthy. so overall I am happy with myself, I weighed myself this morning at 131 pounds. so that is great. I just want everyone to not give up and keep trying. Always keep in mind that no matter what you are beautiful and worthy and that food is not the answer to fill up some void in your soul. |
