So I've changed the hair, updated the wardrobe, moved home, started university and have more time on my hands for exercise and weight loss. By my 19th birthday I want to be able to finally make my Suicide Girls portfolio.
I'm not going to join another pre-written diet and I'm not going to set out another ambitious exercise regime I'll only keep to for a couple of weeks. I'm going to REALLY watch what I eat and I'm to REALLY try to exercise as much as possible like I used to. My goal for this week is to lose my target lbs and find someone who is very similar in size and age to me to track our weight loss together.
