I could come on here and tell you that because of the New Year I joined a gym, decided to rid my cupboards of candies, chips and chocolate and that I am going to go faithfully to the gym 3 times a week, but I cant say that. I already joined a gym back in October, my cupboards are still full of chocolate and I love to snack on chips! I joined a gym because i was bored. To help you understand where I am coming from and who I am I guess a short description should be in order. I am nannying in Swtizerland and while the children are at school I have a lot of free time where I find myself mindlessly surfing the internet. I am a very active person have played sports my whole life and really enjoy running, so why join a gym? The top reason would be because its winter and I hate running in the cold, the next would be the insane amount of money I paid to become a member of the gym, right there is my motivation to go workout everyday before my six months are up! So here I am at the beginning of a new year, 6 months to go before I return home and 6 months to look my best to impress, I love to workout and keep active but of course like everyone else I find faults with my body that I want to improve on! So long term goal number 1, after playing soccer for nearly 6 years I have been on a 4 year hiatus which when I go home I want to be in my best soccer form to begin playing on a team again. Long term goal number 2, to aquire the muscle defintion of jessica biel as seen in the foto above. Short term goal number 1, improve on leg and butt muscle definition. Short term goal number 2, lose the love handles. So now lets get exercising!!!
