| I found this site last month when I was at wits end trying to convince myself that i was lazy and had no will power and that with a little more elbow grease I could do this. I've since come to grips with the fact that i am in fact a food addict and that no amount of beating myself up is going to help me. I've since taken on a food plan that includes no added sugar no wheat and no flour. Today is day seven of my abstinence from these foods and I've lost 10 pounds already |
