Day 1. I've been sitting at this hump of 130 for a while. I finally realized that I needed to stop screwing around and take charge. Really I'm just trying to get rid of a recent gain. I also need to get in good shape for a black belt test in 58 days. My plan is no less than 1 lb per week. Ideally 2, but I want to aim low and then be happy if I do more. It's better than aiming high and risking being annoyed with myself for not hitting it. I hope to be back in the gym by next week when school lets up. Until then I'll focus on eating healthy. I'll attempt to update daily or at least weekly.
