So here I am. Tomorrow will be my first official day using this site to help me reach my weight loss goals. I will post a daily blog with the amount of calories used and my exercise, if any. Until the new semester starts, my schedule doesn't allow for a lot of extra time for exercising but I will still try. :D I hope that I will find the support that I need to hold me accountable to keep me on track. For those of you reading this, thank you. I need to do this for myself. I want to feel comfortable in my own skin. Hold me accountable. ~L
