 I just want to document my measurements at the beginning of my weight lose journey so here they are! Weight 163 Height 5'3 Arms:12 1/2 inches Chest: 36 inches Waist:35 1/2 inches Hips/ butt:43 inches Thigh's:26 inches
And now to set my goals! weight: 130 Arms: 11 inches Chest: 34 inches waist: 29 inches Hips/ butt: 36 inches Thighs: 21 inches
So all together I would like to loose 33lbs 2 inches from each arm 2 inches from chest 6 1/2 inches from my waist 7 inches from my butt 5 inches from each thigh equaling a total of 24 1/2 inches total loss
