The first steps to my weight loss have not been taken. I decided when I joined this site I would start a healthier lifestlye to lose weight. So, far I have found every excuse as to why I haven't started to lose weight. First, I don't have the money to start buying the more expensive fresh foods, then it's I run too much with the kids, or someone birthday at work you have to eat some cake. Excuses that all I seem to have at the moment.
I told myself 10 years ago I looked and felt great. Now I'm too heavy to be comfortable and I don't find myself attractive. A new year has brought me to the state of "I'm going to do something for myself" . For years I have put myself on hold. Suddenly I find myself divorced after 10 years of marriage with two teenagers and a 6 years old, I'm ready to start anew.
I'm joining a fitness center and planning my menus to include more fresh and healthier foods. Baby steps have to be taken and each day a little bigger step taken.
I'm ready now!! Second Step starts today! |
