so my husband changed jobs and he has a sixth month wait before his insurance picks up.

he will get a flexible spending account where we can buy individual insurance  so i started shopping around and i was told by blue cross and blue shield of alabama that if i could get down to 220 they would cover me  . now my head is spinning i have no idea how to get started and how to keep motivated so if anyone out there has any ideas shoot me a line cause i need it.
