Hi, I'm new to this but thought that I'd try something a bit different. I'm not really unhappy with my body and am currently a healthy enough size, butI'd like to lose weight for the summer- nothing extreme, I just thing I would look and feel better. Anyhow, I constantly start off on a good track with eating, then end up bingeing and ending up unhappy and worse than how i was when I started. I thought that, by sharing my progress with other people anonymously, I would be more likely to manage it well. Today, I'm weighing in at 5ft 5 and 122.5 lbs. Let's see how tomorrow goes!
