 This is my first blog. I am FINALLY getting myself back on track this week. I started last Thursday (July 23, 2009....coincidently 4 days after my 30th birthday). I weighed in for my weekly today and I'm down 4.4 lbs. And I was actually upset. I wanted 5-7. When I lost all my weight before, I usually lost between 5 and 7 pounds a week. But I have to be honest with myself cuz, yes, my food intake was superb last week (averaging 1245 calories a day), but I only exercised twice in 7 days. I know if I had worked out more, I would have lost 5. So now I'm trying to stop being so ridiculous and be happy for what I've lost. And I am. I have a long way to go, but I know once I get going it's SOOOO much easier.
