Its time to take back my life and acheive my goals!
See 1 year ago I was over 200 pounds then I lost over 40 pounds last year but dring I had lost and gained but at the end of the summer I was 163 these last 2 or so months I put on over 30 pounds, I have a binge eating disorder and have struggle with it since a sophmore 4 years ago. i am 19 and in college and watching my hard work and dreams go down the drain.
I use to be a good cross country runner and I love to run but I just couldn't handle it but i dont want to give up running so i will continue to run and this January I am going to run the P.F. changs rockn roll half marathon I did it as a sophmore in 07 and I have dine a full marathon and was very proud of it but this is just something to train and aim for, my ultimate goal is to become an olympic swimmer, never really swam in my life just lessons as a kid but its something I was always wanted to try and I will give it my best and if that doesn't work out I will try triathlons but I will become an olympian! So first step is to get back control of the bingeing and lose 45 to 50 pounds, get my enduarance back and build up my muscel again, then I will continue my ther training, studying to become a personal trainer something I love (did an internship) but let my weght and depression get in the way! SO this is my journey, love to hear feedback, tips advice anything. Thanks for reading! |
