I've been placed in charge of leading a remedial PT program for my junior Marines. We're working out 5 days a week and Friday I really hit them hard. We started with a nice .5 mile warm up, 3 sets of pullups (to failure then assisted), 3 sets of crunches (25 each) and then the workout. We broke up into teams of 2 and had half go 50 yards away. One team sprints down and when that team crosses the line a team from that end sprints back. We did this back and forth sprinting for 7 times. After about a 5 minute rest, we did walking lunges for 50 yards for 4 times. Then a nice .5 mile cooldown. I'm sure that I had a lot of the guys hurting this morning.
