So tommorow I start again. Since graduating college in 2005 I have gained weight. Lost some but gained more than I lost. My biggest obstacle to exercise and being active is my schedule. And being lazy, I don't like mornings. But I do remember that getting up and doing something makes me feel good if I can just stay with it. So, tommorow I am getting up at 5 and going to city rec. center. I am may not be beautiful or nice but I will be up and I will be there. Until next time and wish me luck!!!
