Ok, so it's Sunday, and I have church this morning. Church is just up the road, so I will walk, and then we always go to Grandma's house for lunch after church, so instead of coming back to get the car, I think we will walk to Grandma's. Breakfast was rice with skim milk and a little sugar. Lunch at Grandma's was goulash, so I had 1/2 a small bowl and a piece of plain toast and 1/2 can diet dr. pepper.
Then we walked back home.
Also, I have quite a few workout videos, such as hip hop abs, turbo jam, etc. Is is better to just do one series for a while and then switch, or would it be ok (beneficial) to do something a little different everyday? I am afraid I will get bored if I just do the same thing everyday.
