Hello to everyone who comes along to read my blog. My name is Tanya and I am here to finally get into shape. I am 20 and starting off weighing 135lbs. I have fat around my middle that makes me look 3 or 4 months pregnant. My goal is to get back down to 120lbs and to get rid of my belly. Years ago I weighed 120 and loved the way I looked! I got pregnant at 16 years old and lost the baby which led to depression. Since then I have gained some weight and am unhappy with the way I look. I have decided it is time to let go of the past and to become happy with myself again. I have the Gazelle and 2 10lb weights. Other than that I have nothing to help me get into shape. I am always looking for new ways to use the weights to target muscles not usuallt worked. I work my arms with them and do side to side lunges as well as standard lunges with them. Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated. As far as food goes, I LOVE to eat. I have found that I must keep myself busy in order to not constantly snack. I work part time in a spa and salon so I can't eat while I am working other than on my break. I have thought of getting another part time job for the days I do not work to also help prevent me from constantly eating. I would rather not to work 2 jobs, but do not have the self control that I need. I have recently quit smoking and have cut down on my drinking. I only drink wine one night a week at most and mixed drinks less often than that. I was drinking every night which I know added to the weight gain. Well, I think that about sums things up for now.
