I woke up late this morning. 0515. Got dressed and headed outside. The morning was cool and I knew that my tired legs might not make it. I took the time to stretch but then it was time to head out. My 3 mile run. Weightlifting the night before might not have been the best of ideas but it was well worth it. Due to a open cut I wont be able to workout tonight but cardio is def on the agenda. weight :154
