Well I hate the way I look, feel and frankly I cant stand looking at myself in the mirror more that 3 minutes to floss each day. So I am on a new workout plan. I have been on it since May 1st. I lost only 1 lbs if that but I am hoping I have gained some kind of muscle. I think I might even measue myself who knows. I just know I dont want to be this heavy anymore. Im 154 and this is the heavist I have weight in about 3 years. But I want to be healthy. I am a mother of a 4 year old son and I need to be healthy for him. Of course I want another baby but right now I can't get my weight/fitness together. How am I suppose to keep up with a 4 year old and a growing belly. well I wouldnt be able to so now Im looking for a healthier lifestyle... this is my journey.

I woke up late this morning. 0515. Got dressed and headed outside. The morning was cool and I knew that my tired legs might not make it. I took the time to stretch but then it was time to head out. My 3 mile run. Weightlifting the night before might not have been the best of ideas but it was well worth it. Due to a open cut I wont be able to workout tonight but cardio is def on the agenda.
