I don't know if I'll be joining track this year.
I loved cross-country, but track seems so much more exclusive. =/
but anyway, I want to loose 10 pounds(ish),And build speed.

i mapped a route today using my friend's GPS. It's 2 1/2 miles, I figure I'll use those as base miles so I'm doing at least half what we did at cross-country. =)
I found a perfect hill just around the corner, so I can do hill workouts, and I'm going to strat running as soon as the ground dries up. (Probably tomorrow or so)
