Should I cut all the salt from my meals? I've read it's bad for health, but how much salt is too much? I doubt I'll like food without salt, is it really necessarily, or that's the extreme side and it's all right just cu reduce the salt intake?

Usually foods with less than 120mg sodium per 100g is a good choice.
