I have diabetes. When I first started dieting I was doing great went from 247 to 228.
Was exercising joined a gym and watched what I ate. All of a sudden I started bingeing cannot seemed to stop don't have the energy to go to the gym or check my blood sugar all I do is go to work and come home. Every Monday I say I will start
again but of course I don't. I have gained back up to 235. Afraid I will not stop till its all back. I need something to motivate me. Anyone alse experience this.

Good morning...I am not diabetic but I am a binger! I can do great for a couple days/even weeks and then I fall off the wagon and indulge in everything horrible for my body/diet. I am trying to get out of the mentality of dieting but it is hard when you are eating right but can not have so many good things that are bad for you. I understand your pain and I am here for you. Let me know what I can do to help. Maybe we can help each other?

| I have the same problem, every week I start my diet again. But hopefully this is the week of the new me. I've asked people at work not to offer me sweets or biscuits, and asked the kids to watch me in case I try and have a sneaky sweet or chocolate. I allows make excusses way I can't stick to my diet, but I know deep down its just me thats stopping myself from being healthier. I feel I'm lacking support from people who are going through the same as me. |
