Hey there, im new to this and to be honest I am lost. i dont just mean on the website but i mean with my weight, i feel like giving up and just letting go. i am only young and a few years ago i was a very slender girl, but since january i have put on 14lbs!
at first i blamed a contraceptive pill i had started, but i have come off of it and realised that this was just an excuse. i have been joined to a gym, but i get lost and dont know how much to do and what to do to be effective. i have tryed diets, but i have such a sweet tooth i jus cave in.
im young, and my steadily increasing weight is really getting me down and all i can think of is food all the time. i joined this for support and to GIVE support, because theres nothing i want more right now then to get back into shape. i have also tried weight loss pills, but was warned off them and i feel asif i have tried everything!
please somebody help!! |

| Try the South Beach Diet. It's a famous diet founded by Dr. Arthur Agatston, who describes it as a “way to eat for life”. The diet is about choosing between the good and the bad food. It’s all about the right carbs, the right fats and proteins. The founder believes this is not a strict diet and it’s an easy weight loss plan. You not only enjoy a healthier life, but also lose 4 up to 7 pounds a week. The plan is supposed to work your body effectively and safely. Take it step by step without counting calories or starving yourself. The diet is flexible, containing 3 normal-size meals a day and two snacks a day. The South Beach Diet has three phases. In the first one, which lasts two weeks and is believed to be the hardest of all three, carbohydrates are restricted. The main foods allowed are: chicken, turkey and fish meat, nuts, eggs, and low-fat cheese. Good luck! |
