We didn’t really need a magazine acknowledging what is already obvious. Halle Berry was crowned “Sexiest Woman Alive” in November’s issue of Esquire magazine. Remember Catwoman? Gothika? If that’s not perfection, than what is? The funny thing is that there’s a simple nutrition and workout plan behind that toned, hot body of hers. The actress just had a baby but recovered in a heartbeat. When it comes to celebrities, that’s no miracle. But getting rid of the baby-fat, making the effort to stay fit and beautiful at 42 years old, taking care of herself and her image and still managing to be an Oscar-winning actress, the first black woman to win an Academy Award, that’s what makes her sexy. On the other hand, Halle Berry reveals, in an Esquire article, what she finds sexy. In the top ten, it seems spaghetti and a bottle of wine are turn-ons. "Sexy is not about wearing sexy clothes or shaking your booty until you damn near get hip dysplasia; it's about knowing that sexiness is a state of mind, a comfortable state of being. It's about loving yourself in your most unlovable moments", explains the actress. It seems the 42-year-old actress keeps her fit figure by following, like most celebrities, the 5-Factor Fitness, created by Harley Pasternak, one of the most popular fitness trainers in Hollywood. The nutrition and fitness routine can work for everyone, because of its simplicity: 25 minutes workout, five times a week and a healthy diet, with 5 meals a day. Her trainer revealed Berry is not a fan of exercising. "She does not like to exercise, but she definitely knows she needs to, and it's a means to an end. "The actress exercises thinking only at the results, but she dislikes long workout, that’s why the 5-Factor Fitness is perfect for her: short, intense and effective. The thing she likes about this diet plan is the "cheat" day, which, we also like because it makes her human. ©2008 Project Weight Loss. All rights reserved.
