It seems the 28-year-old actress gave up her half of Hefner’s bed because of an inexistent prospect of having children and different views of commitment. So, she wants children. Bad pick of a father, considering sex for Hefner is sex, not reproduction. And furthermore, does she really want to give op that “every man’s dream” body?
Holly Madison used to be a Hawaii Tropic model, but she’s mostly known as the sexy actress from “The Girls Next Door” series. There’s no mystery why some men think she’s the ideal woman. Her bombshell physical attributes, blond hair, boob job, nose job, her body dimensions make Holly the Barbie she is. And if most of the times men don’t care to remember the name of a girl, Holly Madison changed that when appearing, in November 2005, on the cover of Playboy. Her body is now a fantasy in the dreams of many men.
Even if it seems Holly Madison is a fan of plastic surgery, she’s also got tips to share when it comes to her hot body. The actress keeps in shape with hiking, yoga and weight training. She doesn’t like to exercise so much, so she mostly watches what she eats and drinks. Diet coke is always on the menu.
Holly Madison and her “Girls Next Door” launched an exercise video with their routine workout to stay in shape. Holly likes her workout to be “light”, as her diet. This program includes: warm up, by taking a deep breaths and relaxing every part of the body, and then working the lower body, the upper body, and abs. This would keep you fit until you decide to call a plastic surgeon.
