Kanye West's Well Organized Diet
By Alex Baran, Project Weight Loss Staff Writer September 14, 2009
On his show’s premiere, Jay Leno had as guest Kanye West. The rap singer admitted it was rude to interrupt Taylor Swift’ speech during MTV’s VMAs and expressed his regrets. All's well that ends well. Kanye West wants to improve himself and regrets for stealing Taylor’s moment. Just by admitting that and making a public apology West became a better man. He is well known for speaking his mind since he accused George Bush for not caring about black people. Speaking of improvements, the rapper takes care of his health too. He follows the 5-Factor diet program, created by Harley Pasternak. The 5 Factor Diet is very well organized. It includes: a 5-week plan, 5 meals a day, 5-ingredient meals, a 25-minute workout, and 5 cheat days in 5 weeks. The goal is to lose considerable weight and reach your ideal weight in five weeks. The simple part is focusing on eating five meals a day in order to keep your mind off snacks or starving yourself. Every meal should include protein (such as chicken, low-fat diary and fish), fiber (such as whole grains), healthy fats (such as monounsaturated olive oil), complex carbohydrates (such as fruits and vegetables), and fluids (such as water and non-sugary drinks). Furthermore, the workout routine consists of five exercises, five minutes long each. Kanye West is not the only celebrity who thought this diet is well-chosen. Among other stars who followed the 5 Factor Diet I want to remember Jessica Simpson, Alicia Keys, Eva Mendes, John Mayer, and Mandy Moore. ©2009 Project Weight Loss. All rights reserved.
