Among poker players there are lots of pretty faces, but only one interests you particularly. This weekend The NLH Foxwoods World Poker Finals will take place in place in Connecticut. Who is this beauty I’m talking about that will compete for the $10,000 prize?

Among poker players there are lots of pretty faces, but only one interests you particularly. This weekend The NLH Foxwoods World Poker Finals will take place in place in Connecticut. Who is this beauty I’m talking about that will compete for the $10,000 prize?

She’s Christina Lindley, ladies and gentlemen! The fitness model will use all her assets to win the big prize, including strategy tactics, distraction techniques, and her good looks. If she isn’t willing to disclose her poker strategy, she is kind enough to share her diet secrets.

Lindley allows herself four meals per day and some snacks, according to ShapeFit. First meal includes three egg white omelet with mushrooms, spinach, and oatmeal with onions. The alternative is Hi/Lo protein cereal with soy milk and raspberries.

Eggs, mushrooms, and spinach are great low-carbohydrate foods which provide proteins. Oatmeal has healthy benefits too, being a good source of insoluble and soluble fiber. Soy milk protects your heart and blood vessels. Don’t forget the raspberries, another low-fat food that comes great with any diet.

Her second meal consists of a protein bar. The best time to enjoy a protein bar is right after or right before a workout. If you don’t give your body the amount of proteins it needs within one hour of your workout, you risk wasting much of your efforts.

Lindley’s third meal includes spinach salad with lean turkey patty. I bet you don’t know how many benefits turkey meat can bring: it is an excellent source of low-fat, lean protein, and rich in selenium, vitamin B, and arginine.

On her final meal, Lindley eats green veggies and chicken. Both green veggies and chicken are low-fat, not the mention that any vegetable strengthens your immune system.

Last, but not least, here are the snacks: She allows herself some berries, almonds, or protein bars. Almonds are good for heart and blood vessels.

You can take advantage of your beauty in everything you do in life. You work hard to achieve it, so use it every day. Christina Lindley is well aware of her assets and uses them to get what she wants. You do the same and victory might be yours.
