Katherine Heigl’s Diet

Katherine Heigl’s new movie, “Killers,” will be released on June 4th. She looks gorgeous, like always, even if she hates dieting. Still, she must do something, but what?

 

Actors tend to lose or gain weight, depending on their roles and Katherine Heigl makes no exception. She knows how to achieve great results with her nutrition plan, according to Woman’s Day.

 

The actress once told: “I hate dieting. I hate the whole thing;” except the 5-Factor Diet, developed by Harley Pasternak. It includes: a 5-week plan, 5 meals a day, 5-ingredient meals, a 25-minute workout, and 5 cheat days in 5 weeks. The goal is to lose considerable weight and reach your ideal weight in five weeks. The simple part is focusing on eating five meals a day in order to keep your mind off snacks or starve yourself.

 

Harley explains that every meal should include protein (contained by chicken meat, low-fat diary and fish), fiber (such as whole grains), healthy fats (such as monounsaturated olive oil), complex carbohydrates (such as fruits and vegetables), and fluids (such as water and non-sugary drinks). Furthermore, the workout routine consists of five exercises, five minutes long each.

 

Katherine Heigl allows herself four to seven small meals per day, replaces coffee with antioxidant tea, and if she wants alcohol she chooses a glass of wine at dinner.

 

Heigl is not the only celebrity who follows the 5-Factor Diet. Jessica Simpson, Alicia Keys, Eva Mendes, John Mayer, Mandy Moore, and Kanye West are just a few who have chosen to look good using this diet.
