Heidi Montag: Countless Plastic Surgeries, Diet, and Exercise

Heidi Montag is one of the American reality TV stars; she has starred on the former MTV reality series The Hills. 
 


Heidi has been striving to look perfect, so she underwent many plastic surgeries.  In January 2010, Montag revealed to People magazine that she had ten plastic surgery procedures in one day. Among the procedures were brow-lifts, ear-pinnings, a chin reduction, as well as a second rhinoplasty and a second breast augmentation.


Besides all the plastic surgeries, she still has to watch her diet and exercise in order to keep fit.  Heidi says whenever she wants to lose some weight she cuts down on the ice cream.  Her daily diet/routine usually includes:


- lean protein and lots of veggies
- 5-7 mini meals consisting of egg whites on oatmeal, ham on wheat sandwiches, sushi, and apples
- no alcohol
- sleeping at least 7 hours every day.


As a general rule, Heidi stays away from “white” foods (carbs) and eats lean protein including steaks, and green veggies, berries and apples.  


Heide works out six times a week.  She does weight training three to five days a week which includes leg lifts, squats, lunges, and upper body weight lifting.  She also does cardio four to six days a week for at least 30 minutes.  Before she was featured in Playboy, she worked out even more.  She trained for 90 minutes a day, five days a week.  


Heidi is habitual with her diet and exercise; it is a part of her life.  Eating right is a skill and she has perfected it.  


So Heidi was in great shape due to her diet and exercise but she wanted more, hence, numerous plastic surgeries.  She said that she couldn’t work out her breasts or her face.  Many thought that her face looked pretty good before the surgeries.
