August 25, 2007Who says you need to give up your favorite desserts in order to stay in a good shape? Here are a few tips that may help you keep a balance between your figure and your appetite for sweets:
Foams
Foams are based on white of an egg with fat-free cheese, gelatin, and may also contain fresh or frozen fruits, fruit juice, vanilla, chocolate, coffee, or tea.
Puddings
Try to prepare your puddings with low-fat mils, eggs, and natural aromas, vanilla, coffee, chocolate, caramel, strawberries, or lemon. You may replace sugar or fructose with a synthetic sweetens whose sweet savory resists to high temperatures.
Tarts
You may enjoy the savory of tarts if you replace butter with margarine, white flour with whole flour, and white sugar with fructose.
Meringues
Meringues contain white of an egg and completely lack fats. The sugar is the single danger for your figure, but it may be replaced with fructose or sweetens.
Charlottes
Charlottes based on fruits, eggs, and fructose. If you pay attention to the amount of fructose, you may have a juicy dessert, with reasonable amounts of calories.
Sherbets
Water, fruits, fructose and it`s ready: a delicious cup with dessert with up to fifty calories, depending on the sweeten used.
Semolina and rice cookies
When you feel the urge to eat cookies, choose those made of whole grains, low-fat milk, and fructose.
Stewed and frozen fruits are also a good option for a healthy dessert.
