However, Ashlee said that she can eat whatever she wants, including pizza and pasta, whenever she wants, as long as it consumes everything with moderation. When it comes to her workout program, she thinks going to the gym is boring, so she doesn`t really work out. She would rather do an outdoor activity such as dancing instead of spending time to the gym.
Reese Witherspoon has always brandished a fit and healthy look but there have never any news about her going on a fad diet or following a certain fitness program. However, Reese has five small meals per day and her diet consists of a high-fiber muffin for breakfast, vegetables and salmon for dinner, and chicken salad for lunch. Reese`s workout includes yoga, running three miles per day.
Pop star Rihanna has interesting food requests for backstage. As a part of a contract for a concert Rihanna`s requests included two apples, two pears, strawberries, bubblegum, two mangoes, seedless grapes, twenty-four Buffalo wings, spices white rice, a teapot, two knives, and fried chicken, according to the New York Post. She also consumes carrots, cucumbers, egg whites, fruits as snacks, lettuce, and drinks plenty of water. Rihanna is all but obsessed with her legs and that is why during her workout she tries to focus on her legs, on her butt, and arms.
Jennifer Aniston keeps that great body of hers with a diet based on the Zone diet. Her diet includes mostly salmon, fresh fruits, and steak. However, Jennifer says she takes treats of margaritas, martinis, Mexican food, and beer at least twice per week. Her workout program includes Budokon, Hatha yoga, lifting weights, running, and paddle surfing.
