The protagonist of the “Sex and The City” series made a terrific come back due to “Sex and The City” replica. The movie “Sex and The City” features a Sarah Jessica Parker in a unique body shape and figure. The actress claims that her appearance is most important for her and her job and if she had to starve in order to keep fit she would.
She is extremely intense, almost fanatic, when it comes down to her work out program. She reportedly works out like a maniac every day, drinking a lot of water so that her body can maintain the hydration rate at a certain level. If she eats too much, she vomits because, as she said “people are going to see me naked and there's nothing worse than fat, sagging, ugly old tits."
Sarah is in a very good shape but that doesn`t explain her tendency towards bulimic behavior. Several nutritionists debated her way of keeping fit, because eating too much and then vomiting is not a healthy method of keeping in shape. There must be a self control point in everything she does for her body.
As most of you know, Sarah was also known as being addicted to smoking. She tried to quit smoking several times, but she still can`t ignore the pressure her husband is putting on her while smoking. So, from time to time, Sarah allows herself the luxury of smoking some cigarettes. Smoking actually reduces the hunger sensation and, combined with water it can allow people to avoid eating.
However, weight loss may not always come down to healthy methods of staying fit. The whole "eat-a-lot-and-vomit" action suggests a severe malfunction of the digesting apparatus. It can also cause gastritis and ulcer if the person doesn`t quit that habit.
