Bad Boy in Best Shape

Will Smith is a very balanced man, following his eating customs very strictly. His usual meal is basically all about low carbohydrate aliments and no junk food. He eats a lot of raw fruits and vegetables and made up some real good salad receipts.

The most important element in his life is plain water. Eating healthy and drinking lots of water had helped Will stay focused and be spontaneous in most of the occasions. Each public appearance is a breath of fresh air as Will is always putting on a big shiny smile being an inspiration to most of us.

“Just stay ready." Stay in shape and then you don’t have to rush to train before the movie starts. I’ll show you my abs later because I’m in shape. But that idea, if you stay ready, you don’t have to get ready,” according to Will Smith.

His weight is one of the most important factors that influenced Will in making his workout program, a daily program. He doesn`t like to have to go through major weight loss diets and this is the main reason why he works out about five or six hours daily.

His workout consists of running about 5 miles six days a week and boxing twice a week. Boxing is a sport he discovered he enjoyed while training for “Ali,” the movie. Beside this, Will Smith focuses on one or two body parts a day and works them out until exhaustion.

Smith also stated that he has a much easier time losing weight than putting on weight. The reason for this is his high metabolism and the 7.5% body fat achieved by cutting off calories. He isn`t afraid to sweat, this is why he also took up a resistance program and cardio for three times a week, because “you`ll never know when you`ll be the last person on earth,” as Smith said.

Everything you do is a reaction to a stimuli, so take it from zero to every-day hero!
