Angelina Jolie`s Pregnancy Diet

Angelina Jolie is famous because of her movies, her charity actions and being a star with a lot of children. She is due to give birth in the weeks to come and she will be delivering twins.

 

After the last caesarian section made while giving birth to Shiloh, Angelina recovered pretty quickly. The birth of the twins has been discussed by all the tabloids and all sort of rumors came out. Fortunately, Jolie is a strong, well – prepared woman and she knows what she has to do.


She decided to move to Europe along with her family, so that she could have some peace and a more quiet life, away from paparazzi. She is currently at Lenval Hospital in Nice until the babies are born. Everyone was amazed that during the pregnancy period Angelina didn`t put on weight, not a pound.

 

Due to the pregnancy her lifestyle was very permissive. She allowed herself anything she desired as long as her needs didn`t affect in any way the babies. Her weight problem is actually what concerns most of her fans, because she is skinny, but still looking good.

 

Everyone wonders how Angelina will look like after giving birth and if the pregnancy could make some changes in her life. During her pregnancy Angelina wanted to maintain her focus on the important problems, which includes nutrition, but not self nutrition.


She was very impressed by hunger in the third world countries and she decided to adopt a modest diet. She eats only what's necessary for the twins to develop. Her pregnancy diet, if we can call it so, is simple: low carbs, lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, milk, tea, water and fish.

 

Due to her pregnancy she couldn`t work out as much as she had in the past, but still she had some training for “Wanted,” the movie. Angelina will stay hospitalized until she gives birth, which is expected to happen in a few weeks.

 

While in the hospital her pregnancy diet will be monitored by a nutritionist because Angelina has to gain some pounds in order to go through the birth of her children without any major problems.

 

A hospital meal for Angelina Jolie certainly includes: fruit juice, tea, toast, one egg, salads, yoghurt, low fat sup, fish meat, chicken and a lot of oriental dishes (rice, soya, beans) for fiber.

 

Angelina ate pretty much everything during her pregnancy period, excluding junk food. If you consider her pregnancy diet was a good alternative, you should give it a go!
