Australian Angel Diet

Miranda Kerr is the first Australian model ever to be one of Victoria`s Secret angels. Before getting into the modeling career Miranda studied health psychology and nutrition at The Academy of natural Living.

 

Demure, intelligent, gorgeous and striking, Miranda`s popularity and success are enhanced by her cheeky smile and her laid back nature. “I can feel the first-hand benefits of when I do take care of myself and feed my body. I feel such a huge difference after yoga and after I meditate. It might not work for everyone but it definitely works for me.”

 

Miranda is natural and has a shiny inner beauty. Ever since she was little she adopted a healthy life style. She has her own diet which she follows daily, when she finds herself at home. Her breakfast is made of fresh fruits with yoghurt and muesli, boiled eggs with toasted rye and a glass of water with ginger and lemon. 

 

During the morning she sometimes has almonds, pecans or walnuts to nibble on for the daily cup of green tea. At lunch she usually has some fresh tuna salad served with crisp breads, a glass of water with lemon and a cup of dandelion tea. Between lunch and dinner she has a piece of fruit or nuts, but not regularly. 

 

At dinner she has a salmon steak or a piece of steak with vegetables or Lamb loin chops with salad. She doesn’t eat a lot of potato, but she eats heaps of greens and roasted sweet potatoes and pumpkin. In the end she would have her cup of green tea spiced with ginger. Green tea is a great aid in the weight loss “business”.

 

Miranda does half an hour of yoga and meditation every day to help maintain her well – balanced body and mind. When Miranda found out she would be working for Victoria, she started taking some green tea based diet pills. The pills are great when she needs to lose some last kilos before a presentation or a shoot.

 

So, if you dream about having a boyfriend like Orlando Bloom you should choose green tea as the perfect aid in your daily diet.
