August 18, 2008The nineteen years old actress, Vanessa Hudgens, lives like a star and without doing much she looks good and in shape. Some people say she isn`t on a diet, some say she is on the Zone Diet, but whatever the truth is she still looks gorgeous.
Vanessa and her boyfriend Zac Efron are the stars of the “High School Musical” movie. They both are in great shape.
Zac is working out his muscles daily, but Vanessa is still a mystery. She admitted her addiction for chocolate, but she didn`t say what is that she is doing to look that good.
"I just love chocolate and I can't give it up," says Vanessa Hudgens. "I find myself eating it all the time, even when I don't want to be. It just appears in my mouth!" When one is eating without wanting they must have a secret to keep weight off. There are rumors about Vanessa and the Zone Diet.
The Zone`s Diet eating plan is the combination between a small amount of low fat protein, fiber rich vegetables and fruits and fats. Proteins are found at every snack and in every meal. The amount of vegetables and fruits eaten should be the double of the amount of proteins. The bad carbohydrates for the body, such as pasta, bananas, bagels and rice aren`t allowed.
The purpose of this diet is to find a balance between glucagon and fat storing insulin. The Zone Diet is a hormonal control strategy which should be followed a life time. But, when coming to Vanessa we should also think about her metabolism and the result of a healthy diet.
"Seventy percent of the bikini-friendly results will be found through optimum nutrition," says celebrity trainer Grant Roberts. "The other 30 percent includes a well-designed workout program that includes weights, cardio, stretching and lifestyle management such as reducing stress and getting adequate rest."
Her friends say she isn`t actually one a specific diet and that she eats what she wants when she wants. But they also say she goes to the gym a lot so that she can work off her pigouts. She has been spotted frequenting a Los Angeles gym where she finds her personal trainer ready to show her specific exercises for her needs.
Vanessa Hudgens is a performer, both singing and acting and that sure burns a lot of calories, but here were some tips of her everyday life and the way she tries to look at her best.
